Evaluating and summarizing Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments to create actionable recommendations to protect clients from environmental risk when buying, selling, and managing their real estate investments.
Lindsey Thomas
Lindsey founded EPM in 1999 and has over 30-years experience directing due diligence services on thousands of commercial/industrial properties. She has worked on the acquisition, development, operation and sale of properties ranging from family dry cleaners to a major oil storage facility, providing her clients with experience and expertise to make sound financial investments. Ms. Thomas specializes in analyzing and interpreting scientific documents so her clients understand the full business implication of the environmental risk on each investment. She has worked throughout the United States with developers, REIT's, investment advisors, lenders, insurance companies, and institutional investors to evaluate environmental risk and design business-savvy solutions.
